Our Passion
Extreme Chocolates, LLC began as Practical Gourmet in 2001. Its sole purpose was to provide superb desserts and confections to the discriminating clientele of fine restaurants and luxury hotels in the Willamette Valley and greater Portland Metro Area.
Our recent move to a new facility in Salem will allow us to further expand and grow the confection side of our business.
Following our passion for fine desserts and confections, we continue to search out the finest ingredients from Oregon to the far reaches of our small planet. Our commitment to creating new exciting desserts and confections is reaffirmed each day with the bounty that arrives at our door.
